Quality Team Manager – Brighton based

8 hours per week temporary contract for 6 months but will be extended subject to funding.

Salary £21,166 pro rata (£4,576 actual)

We are looking for a new Quality Team manager to join our team.

In your role in managing the Quality Team you will be responsible for managing , mentoring and training a small group of colleagues with learning disabilities who will be delivering external quality checks for a local support provider.

As the nature of this job is working across Sussex it would be helpful to have access to a car for your work.

Gig Buddies Co-ordinator – East Sussex

22.5 hours per week. Salary £21,166 pro rata (£12,871 actual)

We are looking for a new Gig Buddies coordinator to run the project across East Sussex. In your role you will work with our existing team to develop the project in more rural parts of East Sussex as well as the various towns across the county.

You will be responsible for recruiting new volunteers, identifying suitable people to be matched as buddies, supporting their buddying relationships and running social meet-ups around the county.

As the nature of this job is working across East Sussex it would be helpful to have access to a car for your work.

Office Manager – Brighton based

22.5 hours per week. Salary £21,166 pro rata (£12,871 actual)

We are looking for a new office manager to support the work of our team in delivering the Gig Buddies project, the wider work of the Stay Up Late campaign and the general smooth running of the charity.

You will be responsible for maintaining finance and admin systems as well as being confident in using online/IT based systems such as Salesforce and Quickbooks and taking minutes for meetings. From time to time you may also be asked to support office volunteers with a learning disability.

We can be flexible around the hours of work and the days that you work.

For all roles you will need to be committed to working in inclusive ways with people with learning disabilities and also need to be well organised, self-motivated, naturally friendly, enthusiastic and able to bring a sense of fun, energy and warmth to you work.

You will also need to have good admin skills, an attention to detail and a good eye for keeping to deadlines.
