Will has worked with people with learning disabilities for a long time in different community settings. Will is currently CEO for Brighton and Hove Speak Out: an advocacy organisation committed to making sure that people with learning disabilities can speak up and take action about the things that matter to them.

Will lives in Brighton: his dream gig would be to see The Cure about 20 years ago in a small venue.
