I have been a Social Worker with adults with a wide variety of needs for over 16 years, and now teach student social workers at the University of Winchester. I have always been passionate about issues of social justice, inclusion and change needed within adult social care to make services the best they can be for those who access them.
I absolutely love music and have been lucky enough to go to so many gigs – too many to count!! But my current favourite was seeing Frank Turner in Southampton, which had a fantastic home town vibe and was just the most fun. As the man says himself – just remember folks, we’re not just saving lives, we’re saving souls, we’re having fun!
