Annual General Meeting celebration – 16th Nov ’22, Hove
Join us at our Annual General Meeting
This year we’ll not only be looking forward to 10 years of the Gig Buddies project but also be receiving the coveted Queens Award for Voluntary Service from the Lord Lieutenant of East Sussex.
Plan for the evening
6pm – doors open
6.15 pm – formal business meeting
7.35pm – Lord Lieutenant, Vice-Lord Lieutenant and Deputy Lord Lieutenant present the Queen’s Award for Voluntary Service
8.15pm – Live bands
9.15pm – DJ
Please note we aren’t providing any food for our Annual General Meeting but there is a Co-op opposite and lots of places to eat nearby if you want to eat before the event.
Getting there
Our Annual General Meeting is at:
PLATF9RM Church Road Hove BN3 2AF (which is part of Hove Town Hall).
Bus – There is a bus stop right outside (get off at Hove Town Hall stop).
Train – It’s a 10 minute walk from Hove Railway Station.
Car – There’s a carpark opposite on on street parking all around.
