Loneliness and Cruelty: people with learning disabilities and their experiences of harassment, abuse and related crime in the community is new report written by Carwyn Gravell of  Lemos and Crane. The report makes for some disturbing reading, highlighting the isolation and harassment felt by people with learning disabilities.
